Version 2026-10-21.1 · October 21, 2026
The Why Bulb Pipeline Terms of Use
These terms apply to The Why Bulb Pipeline, an internal tool operated by M2 AI, LLC for The Why Bulb YouTube channel.
1. Authorized operators and acceptance
Only operators authorized by M2 AI, LLC may use the pipeline. Before first use, each operator must read and affirmatively accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. The CLI records acceptance of version 2026-10-21.1 for the current Windows account and requires renewed acceptance when the policy version changes. Do not use the pipeline if you do not agree or are not authorized to manage the connected channel.
2. What the pipeline does
The pipeline supports authorized video uploads, publication scheduling, captions, thumbnails, playlist management, and checks of uploaded video status through the YouTube Data API. Channel-performance review through the YouTube Analytics API is planned; the current version does not yet retrieve analytics reports.
Connect only a channel you are authorized to manage. You are responsible for the content, metadata, publication times, and actions you authorize, including actions performed by an approved automated run.
3. YouTube terms and rules
The Why Bulb Pipeline uses YouTube API Services. By using the pipeline, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
You must comply with YouTube's applicable rules, including its Community Guidelines, and must not use the pipeline to evade YouTube's restrictions or upload unauthorized content.
4. Rights to uploaded content
You must have the rights and permissions needed for every video, image, thumbnail, caption, music track, voice recording, and other material you upload. Follow applicable copyright, privacy, and publicity rules, and make any disclosures YouTube requires for altered or synthetic content.
5. Privacy and disconnecting access
Our Privacy Policy explains the Google and YouTube data the pipeline accesses, its purposes, local storage, sharing, retention, and how to request deletion. You may disconnect the pipeline in your Google Account's third-party connections.
Deleting local pipeline data or revoking authorization does not delete videos or cancel publication schedules already stored on YouTube. Manage those separately in YouTube Studio or through an authorized tool.
6. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the pipeline changes. Operators must review and accept an updated version before using functionality covered by that version.
